
SALINAS, CA – The California Rodeo Salinas and David Drew Productions are excited to announce that Kid Rock will be LIVE in concert at the Salinas Sports Complex on Friday July 14, 2017. Gates will open at 5pm with an opening act to be announced. This huge event, presented by Taylor Farms, will get BIG WEEK off to a ROCKIN’ start. Kid Rock is a multi-platinum award-winning American rock ‘n roll icon whose musical style ranges from hip hop and rock to heavy metal and country and has sold over 26 million albums around the world.
Standing Floor tickets are $75 each, Lower Grandstand Tickets are $35 each and Upper Grandstand Tickets are $20 each (all tickets subject to applicable service fees). Grandstands will be reserved/assigned seats.

The lineup for the Big Week Kick Off Concert is now complete. Amanda Watkins, a talented up-and-coming country music artist, will play on Friday July 14th before A Thousand Horses takes the stage, warming the crowd up for the headliner, Kid Rock. Gates will open at 5pm, Amanda will play at 7pm and A Thousand Horses will go on at 8pm.
A Thousand Horses, a four man band that includes Michael Hobby-Lead Vocal, Bill Satcher-Lead Guitar, Zach Brown-Guitar and Vocal and Graham Deloach-Bass and Vocal, will open during the July 14th Kid Rock concert presented by Taylor Farms. Known best for their #1 single “Smoke,” A Thousand Horses will go on at 8pm during the 2017 Big Week Kick Off Concert.
