You’ll learn about the history of downtown San Jose and how regional Mexican flavors are celebrated and have been evolved to California fresh taste. The tour, which begins at San Pedro Square Market, gives you an opportunity to visit a traditional taqueria, taste gourmet tacos, grab some delicious drinks and finish it off with some ice cream.

Welcome to the first Mexican tasting & art walking tour in downtown san José.
The tour explores San José historic restaurant row, landmarks, and introduction to the vibrant contemporary art scene.
We will share the fascinating history of downtown san José, and how regional Mexican traditions flavors are celebrated and evolved to California fresh modern flavors.
We will begin at San Pedro Square Street; we will experience early California days. The tour will visit traditional taqueria, foods that are “Mexicana comida tipica”, California fresh gourmet tacos, and regional Mexican flavors, but let’s not forget tasty drinks. The tour will end at San Pedro Square, with specially prepared 408 East Side ice cream.
