Tras el lanzamiento de su esperado décimo álbum de estudio, Moon Music, el pasado viernes, Coldplay sigue ampliando sus horizontes con su gira mundial Music Of The Spheres, que batió récords, y que incluye 10 conciertos en Norteamérica que se realizarán en mayo, junio y julio de 2025. Las fechas completas de la gira y la información sobre la venta de entradas están disponibles a continuación. Las fechas anunciadas permitirán a la banda llevar su aclamada experiencia en vivo a los fans de nuevas ciudades, y así seguir cumpliendo con sus esfuerzos por llegar a todos los rincones del mundo.

En su próxima gira de verano, Coldplay debutará en estadios de Stanford, El Paso, Denver, Las Vegas, Nashville y Madison. El concierto de Madison será el primer evento musical anunciado en el estadio Camp Randall de Wisconsin en 28 años. Además, Coldplay será uno de los primeros artistas en actuar en el recinto más nuevo de Toronto, el Rogers Stadium, un recinto de conciertos al aire libre de temporada que abrirá en YZD (anteriormente Downsview Airport Lands) en 2025.

Coldplay también ha confirmado que pondrá a disposición una cantidad limitada de entradas Infinity para los shows a las 12 p. m. hora local del viernes 22 de noviembre. Las entradas Infinity se lanzan para cada show de Coldplay para que la gira mundial Music Of The Spheres sea accesible para los fans a un precio asequible. Costarán $20 USD/20 CAD por entrada. Están restringidas a un máximo de dos entradas por comprador y deben comprarse en pares (que estarán ubicadas una al lado de la otra). Coldplay’s new album, Moon Music, notably set new standards for sustainability, with each LP made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (nine per record). It is available now on EcoCD, EcoRecord LP and digital. Current single WE PRAY – with Little Simz, Burna Boy, Elyanna and TINI – is the iTunes chart-topping follow-up to June’s double MTV VMAs-nominated single feelslikeimfallinginlove, which reached Number 1 on both the UK’s airplay chart and the Official Big Top 40. Chris Martin posted a video offering some insight into the album and its accompanying Notebook Edition, saying: “I think what this album is about is a response to struggling with all the conflict within oneself, within myself, and also all the conflict outside, and working out what the best response is. And I think what Moon Music is trying to say is maybe love is the best response.”

The band recently issued an update on their sustainability initiatives, revealing that, on a show-by-show comparison, the current tour has so far produced 59% less CO2e emissions than their previous stadium tour in 2016/17, exceeding their original target of a 50% reduction. More than 9 million trees have already been planted around the world (with a further million to be planted before the end of the year).
