SAN JOSE SHARKS ANNOUNCE PLANS TO AID COMMUNITY MEMBERS AFFECTED BY CATASTROPHIC CAMP FIRE
SHARKS FOUNDATION TO DEDICATE PROCEEDS FROM THE 50/50 RAFFLE AT DECEMBER 5 AND DECEMBER 10 HOME GAMES TO THE SILICON VALLEY CHAPTER OF THE AMERICAN RED CROSS
The Sharks Foundation will dedicate proceeds from the 50/50 Raffle presented by Black Oak Casino and Resort at home games on Wednesday, December 5 vs. the Carolina Hurricanes and on Monday, December 10 vs. the New Jersey Devils. These funds will go directly to the Silicon Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross to aid local community members affected by the fires. The Sharks Foundation will also be collecting cash donations at the Sharks Foundation booth located outside of section 118 on the SAP Center concourse now through December. Additionally, all three public ice facilities managed by the Sharks organization will donate $2.00 from each admission at their public skating sessions. These funds will go directly to the California Fire Foundation whose SAVE program provides direct assistance to victims of natural disaster, including firefighters, year-round. These public ice locations include( ), and the ( ). Funds have been collected since last Wednesday, November 15 and will continue through this Wednesday, November 21.
