BRAVO MEMBER FAQ’S

1. Which Bravo members have access to pre-sales?

Bravo member pre-sale access begins at Act III. Prelude, Act I, and Act II do not have pre-sale benefits and will be able to purchase tickets during the public on-sale. You can find a list of current Bravo levels and benefits HERE. 

3. If I join Bravo membership today, when will I have access to the pre-sale? 

If you join at the Act III level or above, you will have access to the pre-sale beginning June 26th at noon or immediately upon payment after that date. Pre-sale access for Chris Botti begins Wednesday, April 26, at NOON. Please reply to this email or call the Bravo member line at 831-620-2052 if you need assistance. 

2. How do I buy tickets during the pre-sale?

To purchase your pre-sale tickets online, log into your account first. You can log in to your account HERE. We highly recommend logging in before the pre-sale to ensure your password is correct. If you need to reset your password, click the “reset password” hyperlink on the login page. Tickets are also available by phone and in-person at the Sunset Center Box Office starting @ 12 PM on pre-sale days. 

3. I am a member at the Prelude, Act I or Act II level; how can I upgrade my membership to receive pre-sale access?
